3. Tour Packages

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of 10%
  • 15-30 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total tour package cost, minus a processing fee of 20%
  • Less than 15 days before departure: no refund.

Cancellation by Beyond Road Tours

If Beyond Road Tours cancels a tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Hotel Bookings

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 14 Days Before Check-In: Full refund minus a processing fee of 10%
  • 7-14 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
  • Less than 7 Days Before Check-In: No refund.

Cancellation by Beyond Road Tours

If Beyond Road Tours cancels your hotel booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

NOTE: In The Booking Time, the Customer should carefully check the hotel policy. If the hotel is non-refundable, no refund policy applies.

6. Activities and Excursions

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 7 Days Before Scheduled Activity: Full refund minus a processing fee of 50% per booking.
  • 3-7 Days Before Scheduled Activity: 30% refund of the total activity cost.
  • Less than 3 days before scheduled activity: no refund.

Cancellation by Beyond Road Tours

If an activity or excursion is canceled by Beyond Road Tours, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

NOTE: In The Booking Time, the Customer should carefully check the hotel policy. If the hotel is non-refundable, no refund policy applies.

7. Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, considering the policies of our service providers and the specific circumstances.

Illness or Emergency
