Terms and Conditions

Content Ownership:

All photos and videos created during trips organized by Beyond Road Tours are the property of Beyond Road Tours and may be used for advertising purposes across various media platforms. Any use of this digital content for advertising or commercial purposes by third parties requires explicit permission from Beyond Road Tours.

Payment Policy:

Full payment of the trip cost must be completed before the trip begins. Pending payments may result in the cancellation of the trip without any refund.

ID Verification:

All travelers must present a valid government-issued ID for verification before boarding. No boarding will be allowed without proper ID verification.


Bookings are non-transferable. Only individuals whose names are mentioned at the time of booking confirmation are permitted to travel.

International Travel:

For international travel, passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from the intended date of travel and must be in good condition. Beyond Road Tours is not responsible for travelers with invalid passports. Any additional costs arising from denial of entry or deportation must be borne by the traveler.

No Refunds for Unused Services:

No refunds will be provided for any services included in the package but not utilized by the client.

Responsibility for Belongings:

Travelers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Beyond Road Tours is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal items during the trip.

Departure Timeliness:

Departure times are fixed and must be adhered to. Travelers should update their status with trip coordinators and arrive at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. No refunds will be provided for missed departures.

Air Conditioning Policy:

Air conditioning in vehicles will be turned off in hilly areas. The driver may also turn off the AC at any time for safety reasons or travel convenience on uneven or dangerous routes.

Prohibition of Drinking and Smoking:

Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the tour due to health and safety concerns. Our tours often involve physically demanding activities, and travelers should be in good physical condition.

Assumption of Risk:

Beyond Road Tours organizes adventurous trips that involve inherent risks such as accidents, injuries, and financial losses. Beyond Road Tours and its affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or deaths, nor for any loss or damage to baggage or property.

Conduct and Discipline:

Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated. Beyond Road Tours reserves the right to take appropriate action, including verbal warnings, mediation, or removal from the tour at the traveler's expense.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

Beyond Road Tours is not responsible for delays or changes in the itinerary due to natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, political closures, or other unforeseen incidents.

Medical Emergencies:

In the event of injury or illness during the tour, external evacuation or transport services may be required. Any additional costs incurred for such services will be the responsibility of the participant or their family.

Insurance Policy:

Beyond Road Tours does not provide insurance coverage for sickness, accidents, theft, or other losses. Travelers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance.

Itinerary Changes:

The itinerary may be altered due to factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical abilities of participants. Beyond Road Tours reserves the right to make necessary changes for the safety, comfort, and well-being of travelers.

Travel Insurance:

Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, loss of luggage, and other potential risks.

Behavior and Etiquette:

Travelers are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and laws during the trip. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful by Beyond Road Tours staff may result in removal from the tour without any refund.

Complaints and Grievances:

Any complaints or grievances should be reported to the trip coordinator or Beyond Road Tours management immediately. Beyond Road Tours will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue promptly.

Acceptance of Terms:

By booking a trip with Beyond Road Tours, travelers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is the traveler's responsibility to read and understand these terms before making a booking.

Changes by Traveler:

If a traveler wishes to make changes to their booking after confirmation, Beyond Road Tours will attempt to accommodate the request. However, any additional costs or fees incurred due to such changes will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Feedback and Reviews:

Beyond Road Tours values feedback from travelers and encourages them to share their experiences through reviews and testimonials. Feedback will be used to improve future trips and services.
